As a Business Analyst, you will work with the CDC BI team in supporting business decisions with improving and innovating measurement models and data instrumentations across product, platform, and funnel!
BI team will lead strategies to translate raw data into valuable business insights, guide initiatives to measure business health, such as building dashboards and key performance indicators.
In this role, you will:
● Define and build data visualization strategy to support business objectives
● Drive high quality analytics output to inform business decisions
● Manage stakeholders requests, facilitate tradeoff conversations, and build roadmap for the team
● Define and iterate processes and technical stack to improve scale and quality
● Build partnerships with key members within and outside of the organization
On the first day, we'll expect you to have:
● 1+ years’ experience in analytics field
● Strong business acumen that will help you navigate your team through complexity and
ambiguity
● Strong communication skills to tell data stories to non-technical audience
● Proficient in Excel, SQL, advanced statistical tools and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power
BI, Looker, etc.)
● Must be able to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced
environment
It's great, but not required, if you have:
● Experience in Fashion, Retail industry, customer success
● Experience with large data sets and distributed computing (Hive/Hadoop)
