Location - Aerocity, Safed Pul, Andheri, Kurla Road, Off Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai - 400072
Experience - Minimum 1 year
Job Type - On-site, 6 Days Working (Monday to Saturday)
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating across internal teams, handling order fulfillment, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfilment & Dispatch Oversee end-to-end order management from processing to dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- Cross-functional Coordination Collaborate with multiple verticals including Streetwear, Customer Care, Fulfilment, and Logistics to maintain smooth operations.
- Daily Reporting Maintain and share daily reports on online sales, order status, inventory, delivery performance, and customer feedback.
- Platform Management Work extensively on Shopify to update products, manage stock levels, track orders, and troubleshoot platform-related issues.
Who’s a Good Fit?
- Minimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce, with a focus on order fulfilment and operations.
- Familiarity with Shopify is essential.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and tracking.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational issues quickly.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience or interest in streetwear, fashion, or sneakers is a plus!
