- 10+ years of experience in Sales/Retail operations with 7+ years of team management in lifestyle/luxury/apparel industries.
- Proven track record in customer service management, ideally within fashion/retail or ecommerce.
- Background in retail development management and strategic planning, with a preference for regional-level experience.
- Demonstrates a client-focused, tenacious leadership style, leading by example.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adeptness at making decisions under pressure.
- Possesses advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Resides in Delhi or is open to relocation.
What’s the job role?
- Supervise all store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Identify and develop marketing activation opportunities.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and inventory turnover.
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to store managers and executives, fostering motivation and engagement.
- Identify and develop store managers' talents, offering learning opportunities on operational best practices and leadership skills.
- Maintain a gold standard for customer experience, prioritizing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Drive achievement of store targets through effective leadership and performance management.
