  • Proven track record in customer service management, ideally within fashion/retail or ecommerce.
  • Background in retail development management and strategic planning, with a preference for regional-level experience.
  • Demonstrates a client-focused, tenacious leadership style, leading by example.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adeptness at making decisions under pressure.
  • Possesses advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
  • Resides in Delhi or is open to relocation.

What’s the job role?

  • Supervise all store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Identify and develop marketing activation opportunities.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and inventory turnover.
  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to store managers and executives, fostering motivation and engagement.
  • Identify and develop store managers' talents, offering learning opportunities on operational best practices and leadership skills.
  • Maintain a gold standard for customer experience, prioritizing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive achievement of store targets through effective leadership and performance management.
